Please specify the handing of the door (hinge side) when viewing the door from outside.          All handles and locks are delivered for free, or available for collection from our premises in the West Midlands. Express Delivery is with Royal Mail, 1st Class.           Handle Style #918901 The HOOPLY #918901 handle is our standard shipping container door handle recommended for use on shipping container personnel doors. It is a ‘return to door’ lever handle made from heavy duty stainless steel and features a privacy lock. This is handed LH or RH, determined by the hinge side of the door looking from the outside.    HOOPLY Lock #ST8The standard HOOPLY lock (#ST8) is the most traditional lock for converted shipping container personnel doors. It is suitable for use with multi point locking systems and has a reversible handing function so can be used with both LH and RH handed doors, opening both inwards and outwards.         T40/40 Euro Cylinder and 6 keys The T40/40 euro cylinder is a thumb turn cylinder and allows you to lock and unlock the door on the inside without the need for a key. How many keys come with the door? • Personnel steel doors come with 3 keys as standard with a euro profile tradelock cylinder. Upgraded 1* and 3* cylinders come with 3 keys too. • Fire exit doors ordered with an Exidor 200 series 302 or 322 outside access device come with 3 keys. Additional keys are available to purchase; we have a key cutting machine on-site. We also offer a key alike system, allowing you to use the same key for multiple doors. How much do the doors weigh? • Standard duty doors weigh on average 40kg* • Heavy duty doors weigh on average 85kg* • Ultra duty doors weigh on average 95kg* • Double doors weigh on average 110kg* *size dependant Is quantity discount available? We apply combined shipping rules against all of our doors. After the first door is added to your basket, additional doors are delivered at £25.00+VAT For orders containing 5 doors or more, we can negotiate more competitive delivery rates What are the door sizes? What is the clear opening? • The sizes listed are external frame sizes. We recommend leaving a 5mm gap around the door frame for adjustments when fitting. • We offer side panels and over panels if you need to add to the width or height of the door. We also offer a cut down service to reduce the height of the door • To calculate the clear opening (when the door is open), subtract 135mm from the width dimension.
