Formulated to fit a wide variety of protective coating needs. Application is easy: immerse the item into the molten plastic for a few seconds and withdraw. Coating solidifies within one minute. Coating protects tools, machine parts, and other items from rust and cushions items during handling, storage, and shipping. The protective coating peels off easily and can be re-melted and reused many times. Cellulose Acetate Butyrate based strippable coating has little odor and an excellent melt-pot life. Applications include tool protection, masking for electroplating, and sealing the ends of electric cables. Additional features of Cellulose Acetate Butyrate based coating: Faster setup time and more durable than other (ethylcellulose or rubber) hot dip coatings.
