This item is a used but not abused Best 7KC37ABDS3 Entrance/Office Function, Grade 2 Lever Lockset, complete with a brand new Best SFIC-7 Pin Core including 1 - Control Key, and 2 - Operation Keys. The lockset features an interchangeable core, that gives an owner the option of changing out the keyed cylinder with a new keyed cylinder by simply inserting the control key in the lock, turning a short distance to the right, and pulling the core out of the lockset with the key. The new keyed cylinder is now ready to be installed in the reverse order. This lockset is perfect for those looking for a good looking, top quality, durable solution to their door locking needs. The turn button gives a privacy feature to a person on the inside of the room by turning the button on the lever to lock the door. This action locks the door to the outside unless the key is used from the outside side. The button thereby gives a person the option of locking, and unlocking the door from the inside of the room, while still being able to do the same from the outside of the door with the key.
