GRACO PRO XPAA AUTO ELECTROSTATIC SPRAY GUN NEW IN BOX / NEVER USED 💲SUPER DEAL💲OVER 11 K VALUE !!! This is an 85kva Air Assisted Airless Auto Electrostatic Spray Gun. This is designed and intended to be used in conjunction with a robot.This is NOT a low pressure air atomizing spray gun. This gun REQUIRES the paint to be sent to it under VERY HIGH FLUID PRESSURE UP TO 3200PSI. This spray gun REQUIRES a high pressure Airless spray tip which is NOT included THIS GUN IS NOT DESIGNED OR INTENDED TO BE USED WITH A PAINT TANK.IT WILL NOT WORK CORRECTLY IF USED WITH A PAINT TANK THE POWER IS GENERATED BY AN AIR TURBINE ALTERNATOR THAT IS BUILT INTO THE SPRAY GUN ITSELF The "AA" series of Graco Electrostatic spray guns are Air assisted Airless spray which REQUIRE a high pressure paint pump to pump the paint to the spray gun. The paint is atomized by forcing it through an airless spray tip which are available in size ranges from .007" - .039" and various spray angles. The spray tip MUST be chosen based upon the viscosity of the paint. A lower viscosity (thinner) paint will require a smaller size tip orifice as higher viscosity (thicker) will require a larger tip orifice size. The Air Assisted feature is a specially designed cap around the airless tip which introduces small jets of air to feather the top and bottom edges of the spray pattern. The "AA" eries Graco Airless ES guns will NOT work with a paint tank. Paint tanks do not create the high pressure paint necessary.
