For sale is a PEMKO (ASSA ABLOY) Thermal Barrier Saddle Threshold (Aluminum). Measurements are 44.5" x 5.125" x .5" and the finish is "Mill Finish". This is a new unit, never installed. No waiting for these to be manufactured! Technical details from the manufacturer are below: About Thermal Barrier Thresholds Thermal Barrier thresholds are manufactured with a rigid polypropylene key separating two pieces of aluminum. The polypropylene key provides a break in the threshold that reduces the transfer of hot and cold temperatures from one side to the other. Thermal Barrier thresholds are supplied predrilled, with #10-24 Phillips, flat head machine screws of appropriate length. Please take a look at my other commercial items for sale!
